FilingRamp 2025 Year In Review

As we close out 2025, the FilingRamp team has a lot to celebrate. This was a year of building for the future. We focused heavily on preparing FilingRamp for the upcoming SERFF modernization, while accelerating our investment in AI-driven compliance and features. We also achieved SOC 2 certification—reinforcing our commitment to security, trust, and enterprise-grade standards. Together, these milestones pushed our platform to new levels and set a clear course for FilingRamp in 2026 and beyond. We’re grateful for our team and the broader community that continues to support us every step of the way. Explore our 2025 Year in Review for the highlights—and a preview of what’s next.

What We Did

Circulars - Built directly from customer feedback, FilingRamp released its new Circulars feature, which centralizes and operationalizes every bureau update in one place. FilingRamp delivers daily circular updates from ISO, AAIS, NCCI, and all other bureaus, allowing teams to take immediate Adopt, Non-Adopt, or Delay actions while seamlessly converting circulars into SERFF filing drafts or desk/drawer filings. Circulars can be linked directly to products, projects, and filings, enriched with custom fields and tags, and used to generate tasks and assignments across teams—turning what was once passive monitoring into an active, auditable compliance workflow. Robust CSV reporting ensures full visibility and downstream analysis across all circular activity. And, as always, this feature has its own API to let companies explore integrations and make the bureau monitoring process even easier.

Event Inbox - Another feature shaped directly by customer feedback, Event Inbox puts real-time filing activity exactly where teams need it—front and center. Designed for users who value a clean, actionable workspace, Event Inbox surfaces and prioritizes filing events directly on your dashboard, with customizable filters and adjustable table columns so each user can tailor their view to what matters most. Users can quickly review, clear, and focus on the updates that truly require action. With SERFF modernization initially delivering filing communications via email in place of the Message Center, Event Inbox brings order to the noise—capturing critical events in one centralized, configurable view so nothing is missed and compliance workflows stay streamlined.

Tasks - Collaboration has always been core to FilingRamp—with built-in chat, reminders, and objection assignment—but now we’re taking that workflow to the next level with Tasks. The new Tasks feature lets teams create and manage work directly tied to Filings, Projects, Objections, and Circulars, assign tasks to individuals or groups, and customize task subjects and stages to match how your team actually works. Every user gets a clear, real-time view of All My Tasks right from their dashboard, so nothing slips through the cracks. And because Tasks is fully integrated with Teams and Slack, filing work stays connected, visible, and moving forward—without leaving FilingRamp.Objections Report

SERFF Modernization - Phase 1 (Compact) - FilingRamp successfully integrated with the SERFF modernization data API, enabling the retrieval of Compact filings from the new SERFF Appian platform and positioning us for the next phase as early-adopter states move onto the platform for both P&C and LAH.LAH 2-way API, SERFF modernization

Event Notifications - Users can now subscribe to receive filing event updates via email and customize their preferences by project, state, and event.

Objections Report - FilingRamp made compliance smarter with its new objections JSON report feature, which lets companies download their entire objections / responses history allowing them to analyze which responses lead to faster approvals, build models to suggest more effective language, and gain strategic insight into what works (and what doesn't) with each state and line.

SERFF API - LAH Enhancements - FilingRamp now supports "push" functionality for the LAH types of insurance currently supported by legacy SERFF API (SPI).

Along the Way

2025 was no different in that our customers were at the heart of everything we built over the course of the year. We believe the best products come from real conversations, real feedback, and real collaboration. That’s why we:

  • Host regular customer calls to exchange ideas and simplify day-to-day filing work

  • Demo new features early to ensure they truly solve customer needs

  • Listen to their experiences and feedback about using FilingRamp

Your ideas, feedback, and yes—even your critiques—fuel our innovation and push us to make FilingRamp better every day. Our goal is simple: ensure that FilingRamp is making work easier and even more enjoyable for our users.

In 2025, FilingRamp also grew the team by adding some great and talented people (both local and abroad) while emphasizing a healthy company culture. The growing FilingRamp team is smart, collaborative, and genuinely enjoys working together. In 2025 the NYC team leaned in to working in-person out of our Lower Manhattan office. Aftewards, the conversation often continues over great food and drinks at our favorite spot—Walter’s in Brooklyn—where product ideas, productive debates, and life stories flow just as easily as the drinks. It’s that energy, connection, and camaraderie that power everything we build.

Thank you to our customers and our team for an amazing year. As we head into the next chapter together, we wish everyone a happy, healthy New Year.

Here’s to a bigger, brighter, even better 2026. Cheers! 🥂
