It’s 2025—and our focus this year is growth. We are growing our team, we are growing our feature portfolio, and we are growing our expansion into the world of AI, pushing our technology to new lengths. This past quarter kicked off our year with a lot of hard work, new customers to service, and even more features—one of which has been long awaited—Circulars. Circulars - Getting Close!
It’s been a long time coming and we are excited to finally start to demo our most asked-for feature, Circulars. As a tribute to really hearing feedback and what our customers want, Circulars is the first of its kind and ready to shake up the industry in the very best way possible. This will be truly a first of its kind feature in that it will be the first circular monitoring feature that truly allows companies to connect circular/bulletin content to their filings - both SERFF and desk/drawer. This eliminates the consistent headaches of constantly checking bureau websites for updates and updating never ending spreadsheets. To break it down, FilingRamp’s Circulars feature allows companies to:
Monitor all circulars and bulletins (ISO, AAIS, NCCI, SFAA, state rating bureaus)
Take action (adopt, delay, snooze) on each circular
Assign tasks to individuals (part of the Teams, Slack integration)
Create SERFF and drawer filings from Circulars
Link Circulars to filings, projects, and other circulars
Full search and reporting on all circulars

Introducing Event Inbox
Since Day 1, when FilingRamp users log in to the application, they receive real-time updates on filing events like objection letters and approvals on their dashboard. That "latest events" dashboard has evolved over the years and included more fields and even more filters to allow users to get the updates they needed. The Event Inbox enhancement goes the full distance, however, in truly letting users customize the filing events they receive. It allows users to “star” the events that they care about, such as open objection letters, and clear the things that they no longer need to see. It provides organization and comfort to those users who like to keep a tidy inbox and only see the things that require action. Additionally, we’ve added more filters and let users organize what fields they see and what order they’re in. At FilingRamp, we’re always listening to our customers and prospects to understand what features they need and what enhancements would just make their work life a little bit easier—the Event Inbox checks off both those boxes!
FilingRamp Joins AAIS Partner Program
We’re thrilled to have joined the American Association of Insurance Services (AAIS) Partner Program. We are so excited to broaden our reach and be able to provide our members with a new way to track AAIS Bulletin activity—which can be integrated into their company’s filing process. Members can now instantly create a SERFF or drawer filing from an AAIS Bulletin, automatically linking it to the company’s impacted programs and products. The AAIS Partner Program provides AAIS Members with access to quality products and services that help them streamline processes, achieve operational efficiency, and support business growth.

FilingRamp Becomes a Verisk Strategic Alliance Partner
We’re thrilled to have become a Verisk Strategic Alliance partner! This was a critical step in providing the Verisk ISO Circular monitoring and content that our customers will rely on from the upcoming FilingRamp Circulars feature. FilingRamp users with access to Verisk content can now instantly create a SERFF or drawer filing from any Verisk ISO circular, automatically linking it to the company’s impacted programs and auto-populating the metadata (circular number, reference number, etc.) into the filing’s corresponding fields.

Our team went to the AICP Western Compliance on March 17th in Universal City, CA. We enjoyed being out on the field, having face-to-face conversations, and discussing all that's ahead for us, including our AI Assist - Filing Scan feature.
On April 6-8, we headed to AAIS Main Event in sunny Clearwater Beach, FL. We enjoyed the much needed sun and were especially excited to be a part of the AAIS Partnership Program and to be a bronze sponsor. Stay tuned for a recap in the next newsletter!
