Kickstarting a Year of Big Growth
We’re keeping the ball rolling at FilingRamp! We’re honing our multitasking skills regularly over here as we’ve been juggling quite a bit with our updates and latest features. We are putting the final touches on our Ramp AI release and are thrilled to show you all the possibilities of our software as we enter the AI world. That filled up much of our plate but rest assured, we are still in step with the SERFF modernization updates. In addition, we have prioritized enhancing our current functionalities like our Scan/Upload forms feature and Clone to Filing Drafts functionality. Up next, we are discussing and demoing our upcoming FilingRamp Sandbox feature. Plus, we are excited to head into more conferences as the year goes on to connect with you all in person. So, as you can see we have full hands, a full calendar, and a full list of goals to drive home to ensure our software is constantly moving the dial on efficiency and productivity.
Ramp AI - Release Update
Ramp AI is next level. It is a permanent shift in how insurance products get through the regulatory process to market. This includes:
Suggested objection responses being drafted for review
Compliance scans happening in real-time
Access to entire company history ("Have we ever received this objection before?")
AI agents create filing drafts for your team to complete
AI summaries of this week's Circulars activity
Insurance companies will be able to accelerate their filing velocity like never before—all while being connected to state regulations and their own objection/response history. It’s a double whammy—speed to market AND compliance. Full demos are available now and release date is May 2026! Get in touch today to hear more details and schedule your demo.
SERFF Modernization
As you may already know, Filingramp is fully integrated with the SERFF Modernization’s APIs for the Interstate Compact filings, but as the modernization expands to the state insurance departments, more APIs are being introduced to do things like create or submit filings to the new platform. FilingRamp is on top of it! We were at the NAIC national Spring Meeting to get the latest and have prioritized ensuring that our customers don’t skip a beat through these industry changes. The early adopter states for P&C and LAH lines are expected migrate over to the new SERFF platform in Q3 2026.
Scan and Upload Forms Enhancement
There’s another tool in our toolbox! Our Scan / Upload Forms functionality is live and here to remove the manual copy & paste monotony and data entry error exposure from your filing process. FilingRamp’s Scan / Upload Forms functionality allows companies to:
Bulk upload forms (100 max per upload!)
Provide direction on edition date placement
Sit back while FilingRamp scans and auto-enters all forms metadata
Adjust form order via drag & drop
Cloning - Clone to Filing Draft
Clone to Filing Draft allows you to cut corners without sacrificing integrity, saving you time and increasing efficiency. With it, you can clone any filing to a filing draft read for submission and select what State(s), TOI(s), SubTOI(s) apply.
A bonus? It even allows you to clone a filing in 1 SERFF instance over to another SERFF instance for submission!
SERFF 2-way API Expansion to LAH Lines
The 2-way SERFF API isn't just for P&C lines anymore. Companies can now leverage FilingRamp's "push" functionality to submit filing drafts, objection responses, and amendments for all LAH lines supported by SERFF's API.
New Objection Reports - CSV, PDF
The objection/response is a huge pain point in the filing process—but there's relief on the way with features like Ramp AI. But, for right now, FilingRamp released a couple new objection reports to all companies to get their hands around their own data when address objections. Companies can get ALL of its objection/response history laid out in a user-friendly CSV format within the Reporting feature or can focus on a single objection letter and generate a PDF version.
Coming Soon - FilingRamp Sandbox
We’re excited to add another original feature to our repertoire, FilingRamp Sandbox. It is a read-only, live, and in-sync copy of your company’s data in a single tenant environment. It will let companies unlock the full potential of regulatory data with a dedicated, secure platform designed for deep analysis and total control. Spike an interest?
